Great.full Goods products and refillable options are curated by Melissa Nguyen. The shop’s decor full of thrifty eco-vibes and upcycled art give it Mel’s unique touch. Melissa is a mother of 4, living as sustainably as possible since 2010 and an American Sign Language Interpreter that specializes in medical interpretation. She lives with her family just a few miles North of the shop in rural Virginia.

Randy Black
Shop Pop & Just always nice to people
Randy is Melissa’s Dad! He’s typically in the shop 2 days a week as a customer service contractor. When Melissa found out her youngest would have special needs and she wouldn’t be able to be in the shop as much as she wanted- Randy was brought on as a customer service contractor to improve customer relations and reach out to a demographic Melissa doesn’t have experience with. Customers actually ask where Randy is if Mel is in the shop on a day they expect him. When asking him what his go-to advice for working in retail is he says “you just have to be nice to people. Smile, talk to them. It’s easy”. Randy helps make Great.full Goods a super friendly place!
